The address where you’re getting ready at on the morning of the wedding.

The information you provide is kept on a secure system, we use this information to contact you, to complete your contract and any other event related duties.
How is my data protected:
all of our hard drives are encrypted using AES-256. The Advanced Encryption Standard, AES, is a symmetric encryption algorithm and one of the most secure. The United States Government use it to protect classified information, and many software and hardware products use it as well. All of our Western digital hard drives have this built in.
Our mobile devices are as secure as can be with 4 factor protection, finger printer locks, password locks, face recognition locks and pattern locks.

Right to Erasure:
With GDPR, everyone has the right to Erasure. if you ask us to remove all of your videos and information, we will ask that you do so in writing, you may send this request to email@example.com please include an email address for each party. We will then send out a form to both parties electronically for you to complete and consent. if both parties agree and sign the forms we will remove all data including videos and Audio within 28days.
Lawful Processing of Data:
We only process data in relation to inquiries, contracts and booking conversations with clients. The processes and systems we have in place are designed with your privacy in mind.
If you would like to access the data we have on you, you can request this in writing via email we will provide you this information within 28 days.
what is "consent" within GDPR:
GDPR definition: “any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her”
When you book us to video your Event, you’ll receive a few emails and calls which are recorded between the booking date and the wedding date. The purpose of these emails and calls is to gather information to help us provide you with an awesome service. you will also receive a contact, within this contract there is a tick box this gives us your consent to the above.
Throughout the wedding day, we will aim to record as much video of the day as we can, your guests will appear in these videos, we will verbally seek permission of guests as often as we can once consent is given we will continue with the video, if they do not agree we will refrain from recording them, however we can not help if they walk in to the video as we are recording others or you. you will need to inform all guests that video is been recorded .
You and your guests do have a right NOT to be featured on our website or marketing. we will work on the assumption that your guests are ok with us featuring videos of them once consent is given.
If any of your guests contact us and request that their video is removed,we will remove them from that clip and any other clips they are in. .
PROMOTIONAL EMAILS & MAILING LISTS
we do not have an email list of clients, nor do we currently send out marketing emails to our current or future clients..
In the unlikely event that we start to send out regular promotional emails and would, therefore, need to set up a mailing list,We will be sure to ask permission in advance and comply with all the double opt-in processes.
Precautions are taken on our website to ensure it is as secure as possible. This reduces the chance of data being taken due to hacking or malware.
we remove all information including e-mails, telephone numbers and videos after 12 months (except highlight videos on our marketing streams) which can stay for upto 2 years.
We market ourselves on our website and use external marketing systems like Google Ad sense, we use youtube as a video holder, this means all videos on youtube are private and can not be viewed by anyone with out a link to the video, this link is sent by us, or you once it has been given to you by us. we also add these videos to our website for marketing.
We keep up to date with changes in legislation, and we are fully GDPR compliant. The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are currently a working document and therefore subject to change, so we commit to doing our best to keep up. during our peak season this may not happen right away.
